Power Plant NMRiH2 Objective Map Guide
Power Plant rewards preparation. The opening and objective path can vary, so use landmarks and squad communication rather than relying on a single memorized route.
Before moving out
Set rear security
Set a regroup point, decide who watches the rear, and avoid splitting the squad just to search every side room. Keep the team ready to change direction when the objective asks for it.
Objective discipline
When an objective item is found, announce it immediately. Let the group protect the player carrying it, clear the next short section together, and only then resume looting.
1.0 update
Armageddon 1.0 removed Power Plant’s Bio-Scanner initial objective scenario and adjusted stash-room loot to scale better with player counts at each point of interest. Official 1.0 notes
Extraction mindset
As soon as the objective is complete, make an explicit choice: extract now or take one limited, agreed detour. Unplanned wandering is where organized runs usually fall apart.
1.0 field checklist
Power Plant no longer uses the Bio-Scanner as an initial objective scenario, and stash-room loot now scales with player count at each point of interest. Official 1.0 notes
- Read the active scenario before leaving spawn; older route videos can start from a different premise.
- When a task item appears, make its carrier visible and stop treating side rooms as the priority.
- At every task completion, call whether the squad is continuing to the next objective or beginning extraction.
Route note: current point-by-point routes remain withheld until two current walkthrough sources agree. Use the live objective log as the authority.
Scenario-aware team roles
Read before assigning the route
Power Plant has received multiple scenario changes. The February 2025 update introduced radio and repair variants, while Armageddon 1.0 removed the Bio-Scanner initial scenario. That history is exactly why the first job is reading the active objective, not reciting an old route. Official attachment and Power Plant update · Official 1.0 notes
Assign an interactor/carrier, a rear watcher, and a player who calls when optional searching stops. Rotate these jobs when supplies or player condition changes. Do not split a carrier from support merely to cover multiple possible objective locations.
| Trigger | Conservative call |
|---|---|
| The initial objective differs from memory | Stop and read the live log before choosing a direction. |
| A task item is found | Keep its carrier visible; clear the next short section together. |
| A player is low or infected | End side searches and decide whether the current stage is still worth finishing. |
| Final task completes | Count the squad and begin extraction unless one agreed detour has a clear value. |
